In 2001 our agency set very aggressive goals.  We began an automation project, committed to restructuring our operations to combine our Home Health and Hospice services and began to move our billing in house.  Billing had previously been performed by our hospital.  We struggled for 2 years making very little progress on our goals.  In 2004 we call UHSA in to manage our automation implementation and our corporate reorganization.  Within nine months we had accomplished our goals.  We could not have done this without the knowledgeable and committed UHSA team.  They became an extension of our workforce, working side by side with us as we implemented our changes. In 2005 UHSA guided us through a change of ownership, another reorganization and relocation of our offices and computer systems. We now use them on a regularly scheduled basis for Corporate Compliance reviews, we have outsourced our billing to UHSA, and have regular Operations Check-Ups performed.  The UHSA team provides us with the highly skilled additional manpower we need to keep us effective and efficient.
