As an Information Management Associate for UHSA, Robyn Whelchel helps clients increase their efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing the current use of their IT resources.  In addition, she also assists clients with business manager applications and designs, facilitates NPR and standard report training and develops customized reports for clients using NPR, Crystal Reports, and PtReporter.

Work History

Prior to joining UHSA, Robyn worked with Patient Care Technologies for nine years where she gained extensive experience in project management, training, developing and managing clinical databases, developing custom automations and implementation plans for clients and providing support for the company’s inSync products.  Moreover, Robyn began her career in the medical industry where she worked as a manager for four outpatient family planning clinics for which she was able to increase patient census by 400% while increasing community support for the facilities.

Experiences

As an Information Management Associate, Robyn has a keen understanding of Patient Care Technologies software, including troubleshooting the system, understanding the ideal processes that are designed to go with it, and how the individual parts work together as a whole.  Robyn has spent the past nine years helping agencies realize their return on their automation investment. 

Education

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
