OASIS Training

There is a high incidence of inter-rater reliability discrepancy with the OASIS
tool. Training of your staff, especially your admission staff, greatly improves
the accuracy of assessment using the tool.

Our staff structure the audits to meet CoP requirements, and then engage agency
staff in developing and documenting improvement plans to meet regulatory requirements.
PI Program Development

Hospice QA/QI Training
Given that the new Hospice Conditions of Participation (CoPs) are scheduled

The proposed hospice CoPs require a hospice to develop, implement, and maintain
an effective, on-going agency wide data-driven quality assessment and performance
improvement (QAPI) program.
