our thorough off-site mentoring program. This program involves a UHSA
manager “buddy” who is just a phone call away for those
managers who are new to home care or are working in isolated settings.
Requires ongoing commitment between the manager and one of our mentors
for continuous development through didactic and consultative activities.
Mergers and Acquisitions Assistance / LBOs
Are you considering acquiring or restructuring home care entities?
UHSA can arrange and structure leveraged buyouts that allow current
ownership interests to completely liquidate their position or in certain
circumstances remain in the ownership/management group. We perform
due diligence that includes a complete market assessment and business
valuation, provide Capital/debt placement services and negotiate the
contract. Post event, UHSA manages change processes.
